腰椎棘突间动态稳定术的临床循证

摘要：Lumbar fusion, as a main surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases, has always taken a prominent position. However, adjacent segments' degeneration, pseudarthrosis and other related complications has made spine surgeons look for other ways. As a representative of lumbar non-fusion technology, interspinous dynamic stabilization devices have been utilized clinically for years. Yet it disappointed spine surgeons by its higher complications rate at the early stage. With continuous improvement of the design and technology innovation, a new generation of interspinous dynamic stabilization device has been widely used in clinic. There has been many high-level evidence-based literatures on its research. This article summarizes the evidence-based literatures, and evaluates the current advantages and disadvantages of lumbar interspinous dynamic stabilization.
