摘要：Low back pain is a ubiquitous encountered problem all over the world. 60% - 90% of the population will face this problem. However, its mechanism remains unclear. Multiple physiological and psychological factors are associated with the pathology, including intervertebral disc degeneration, facet joint injury, muscle fascia inflammation, etc. Animal model is significant in the study of the etiology. It is important to explore the pathogenesis by analyzing pain in animal models.
