老年髋部骨折的特点及其治疗方法

摘要：With the development of the society and the acceleration of the population aging, the incidence of the hip fracture in the elderly is on the rise and the morbidity and mortality are extremely high. It is necessary to analyze the risk factors that may lead to the death. High incidence and frequency of the hip fracture have a direct relationship with serious trauma, and the rapid development of population aging. According to statistics, hip fracture accounts for more than 20% of all body fractures. Epidemiological data show that the annual number of hip fractures in the world will rise from 1.3 million in 1990 to 2.6 million in 2025 and 4.5 million by 2050. Therefore, hip fracture is not only a medical problem, but also a huge socioeconomic problem. It is a challenge for all orthopedic clinicians to find an economical and effective treatment method.
