摘要：Bone and joint tumor and tuberculosis are common musculoskeletal disorders. The incidence has been increasing recently, which stays at a high level in developing countries. More and more researchers reported misdiagnosing cases. The clinical differential diagnosis between the multiple metastatic tumor and tuberculosis in limb bones and joints also becomes a hot and harsh topic. In this paper, authors reviewed the differential diagnosis combining the latest reports with personal experience.
