膝关节假体置换适应证选择是获得良好效果的关键

摘要：In the last two decades, total knee arthroplasty was widely used in China. Among different designs, proper selection was the key to achieve satisfactory clinical outcomes. It was influenced by patho-physiological changes, types of abnormalities, quality of soft tissues, surgeons' clinical skills, as well as patients' insurance coverage. We analyzed different types of prostheses and concluded the advantages and disadvantages, especially clinical experience of indications and contraindications for the selection of proper prosthesis.
