遵循共识综合评价准确应用椎体成形术治疗脊柱转移瘤

摘要：The number of spinal metastasis patient has been increasing together with a increasing survival rate of malignant tumors. PVP or PKP could relieve the pain as one method to treat spinal metastasis. However, there are still a lot of clinical problems, such as improper application, insufficient preoperative assessment, baseless treatment method, ignoring of prognosis, and smattering understanding of MDT. Accurate application of PVP in the treatment of spinal metastasis should be conducted following the comprehensive evaluation and expert consensus.
