摘要:Osteoclasts are multi-nucleated giant cells derived from hematopoietic stem cell precursors, playing a unique role in bone resorption. Osteoclast activity is associated with osteoporosis, osteosclerosis, bone injury and other diseases. Its differentiation is regulated by many factors. It has been found that miRNA acts on the targets of osteoclast differentiation, which regulates the differentiation process and bone resorption functions in recent years. This article focuses on the role of miRNAs in osteoclast-related receptor signaling pathways and provides references to explore effects of miRNA in osteoclast differentiation.
