慢性腰痛生物学治疗的研究进展

摘要:Current therapies for chronic low back pain include conservative therapy, biological therapy and surgical therapy, yet the therapeutic options are very limited before the surgery. Meanwhile, it is rare to see the biological therapy in China. Based on the pathogenesis of the low back pain, this article reviews some foreign literatures in recent years, introducing the chemonucleolysis by chymopapain as the first drug in an intradiscal injection to reduce herniated disc size and other new medications such as chondroitinase, matrix metalloproteinases, and ethanol gel. This article also introduces a minimally invasive intravenous glial cell-derived neurotrophic growth factor named artemin, a subcutaneous monoclonal antibody acting as nerve growth factor named tanezumab for low back pain without radiculopathy, as well as the biological culture of intervertebral disc. The author aims at enriching the option of therapies between conservative therapy and surgical therapy, and reducing the adverse effects.
