摘要：Osteoporosis incidence rises with the aging of Chinese population. It has complex complications, varied fracture types, poor stability of internal fixation, high disability and fatality rate, attracting significant attentions.To reduce the risk of early reduction loss, long-term internal fixation failure or fracture recurrence, it's necessary to emphasize bone repair. It's hard to deal with bone defects because of the low bone mass and the impaired potential of bone formation. Bone repair strategies including systemic anti-osteoporosis therapy and bone or bone substitutes graft are promoted.
