3D打印定制假体在骨科临床应用的问题

摘要：3D-printed customized prostheses have been widely accepted in orthopedic clinic,however,there are still many problems to be solved,including quick bone regeneration,long-term survival of prosthesis,mechanical strength of long segment prosthesis,and optimal bone conductivity of porous structures.Few studies have focused on the estimated volume of new bone in the prosthesis,and even fewer studies have optimized the spatial structure of the prosthesis support based on this target.Therefore,works based on bio-compatibility implant design for optimal bone growth still need to be explored.Effective cooperation among medical,engineering,and industrial sectors is further needed.
