摘要：Isolated distal deep vein thrombosis is a special type of deep vein thrombosis that accounts for 20%to 50%of all cases of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs,and its incidence is higher in patients with fractures of the lower limbs.Due to its atypical clinical manifestations and the effect of the fracture,missed diagnosis may occur.It may extend and increase the risk of fatal pulmonary embolism,so understanding of its clinical characteristics is very important for the choice of treatment plan.There is a paucity of studies in this area,and its management lacks standardisation and is controversial.In this context,this study reviews the characteristics of preoperative combined isolated distal deep vein thrombosis in patients with closed lower extremity fractures and its therapeutic evolution,with the aim of providing relevant references for the clinical management of such patients.
