免疫系统在不同类型骨质疏松症的作用研究进展

摘要:Classical theories suggest that osteoporosis is essentially a disorder of bone remodeling caused by estrogen deficiency,primary osteoporosis of aging,or secondary osteoporosis to diseases and drugs.However,in recent years,advances in the understanding of the complex link between bone and the immune system have led Srivastava et al.to introduce the new term"immunoarporosis"to describe the growing importance of immune cells in osteoporosis.In postmenopausal osteoporosis,immune cell changes mediated by estrogen deficiency stimulate osteoclast activation to varying degrees.In senile osteoporosis,aging causes persistent activation of the immune system at a low level,which disrupts the immune balance and ultimately leads to bone loss.In diabetic osteoporosis,hyperglycemia caused by insulin deficiency or resistance may lead to abnormal regulation of immune cells and excessive production of pro-inflammatory factors leading to osteoporosis.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between immune cells and three kinds of osteoporosis,in order to provide new therapeutic targets for different osteoporosis.
