卵巢癌术后获得性骨肥大综合征一例报告

摘要：Objective Synovitis,acne,pustulosis,hyperostosis,and osteitis(SAPHO)syndrome are rare chronic inflammatory disorders with heterogeneous presentation and the underlying pathogenesis is unclear.This paper aims to present a clearer illustration.Methods General data and imaging data of the patient treated in our hospital were collected and analyzed.Results Four months after ovarian cancer surgery,the patient experienced low back pain.Imaging analysis revealed hyperosteogeny and sclerosis along with inconsistent density or signal of several vertebral bodies and sacroiliac joints.A whole bone scintigraphy showed the characteristic"bullhead"appearance.Blood analysis revealed elevated levels of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Skin and multiple bone manifestations supported the diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome.The patient was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and clinical improvement was observed.Conclusions SAPHO syndrome is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed in the early stage.Multidisciplinary team consultation(MDT)can be organized for challenging cases,and biopsy can be performed if necessary to confirm the diagnosis and guide the treatment.
