数字智能化在关节外科的应用

摘要:In joint surgery,digital intelligence(DI)is a pivotal avenue in pursuing individualized precision medicine.Through the fusion and application of artificial intelligence(AI)and digital twin technology,significant progress has been made in image diagnosis,surgical planning,computer intraoperative navigation,robot-assisted joint replacement,data analysis and rehabilitation monitoring of joint diseases.Digital intelligent medical data processing and auxiliary operation provide more individualized treatment plans,more homogeneous and accurate surgical operations,and more optimized treatment outcomes.However,the application of digital intelligence technology still faces problems such as inaccurate conclusions of advantages,high costs,threats to data privacy and information security,confusing technical standards,and poor interoperability.Nonetheless,as the technology updates and iterates,digital intelligence is expected to achieve more efficient,precise and personalized joint surgery,reducing healthcare costs,improving healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction.It provides new possibilities and directions for the future development of joint surgery.
