中药干预NLR P3炎性小体防治炎症性关节炎的研究进展

摘要：As an intracellular pattern recognition receptor,the NLR P3 inflammasome is an important part of the innate immune system and plays an essential role in the inflammatory response.Rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis,gouty arthritis,and ankylosing spondylitis are the most common inflammatory arthritis in the clinic,and all of which can lead to joint pain,swelling,and dysfunction that seriously affect patients'quality of life.Targeted regulation of NLR P3 inflammasome activation is essential for the treatment of different types of arthritis.At present,a large number of studies have proved that traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine monomer have significant efficacy and advantages in the treatment of inflammatory arthritis.Traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate joint inflammation and relieve joint pain by targeting and regulating the activation of NLR P3 inflammasome.Therefore,this paper takes the NLR P3 inflammasome as the starting point to analyze the relationship between the occurrence and development of NLR P3 inflammasome in several inflammatory arthritis diseases,and summarize the latest research reports on the targeted regulation of NLR P3 inflammasome in the treatment of inflammatory arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine,providing theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine.
