体外冲击波在肩袖损伤治疗中的应用进展

摘要：Rotator cuff injury often lead to pain and functional impairment.Treatment approaches can be categorized into conservative management and surgical intervention,depending on the severity of the injury.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)has demonstrated analgesic properties that promoted tissue repair,making it a common choice in both conservative treatment and postoperative rehabilitation for rotator cuff injuries.The efficacy of ESWT is influenced by several factors,including energy selection,treatment frequency,and timing of intervention;however,a consensus on an optimal treatment protocol remains elusive.This article summarizes and critically analyzes recent research on the application of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in treating rotator cuff injuries,with an emphasis on identifying effective modalities for both injury management and postoperative recovery,thereby offering valuable insights for clinical practice.
