摘要:In the current era,sports health has received significant attention,and the problem of population aging is prominent. Spinal deformities,with complex and individualized characteristics,pose severe challenges to spine surgeons. Traditional surgical approaches have many deficiencies in deformity assessment and prognosis prediction. In recent years,imaging examinations for spinal deformities have developed rapidly,and a series of emerging technologies have been continuously integrated into this field. 3D reconstruction and printing technologies provide powerful means for the personalized management of complex spinal deformities. Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies show great potential in surgical evaluation and planning. New multi-camera surface topography measurement systems open up new paths for clinical diagnosis and evaluation. Motion capture technology combined with multi-modal data offers innovative solutions for dynamic assessment. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has significant advantages in diagnosis,surgical planning,and efficacy evaluation. The development of these technologies provides crucial support for the individualized and precise assessment and optimization of treatment plans for spinal deformities,indicating that the diagnosis and treatment of spinal deformities will move towards a more precise and personalized new era.
