摘要：Objective To report a rare case of aneurysmal bone cyst(ABC)in the talus.Methods We reviewed one case of aneurysmal bone cyst of the talus treated in the clinic.Results After admission to the hospital,preoperative examination was completed.The diagnosis was clarified,and open surgery was performed to scrape the lesion.The anhydrous alcohol was used to inactivate,and autologous iliac bone graft was taken and fixed with 2 screws.Pathological examination showed giant cell reparative granuloma with secondary aneurysmal giant cyst.Postoperative pain was relieved,foot function was restored,and no recurrence was seen at 1-year follow-up.Conclusions ABC of the foot and ankle can be treated under direct arthroscopic vision by using a micro high-speed grinder to remove the residual wall of the tumor.The autogenous or artificial bone is implanted to reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor,which is recommended as a surgical procedure.
