臀肌挛缩症超声影像学表现一例报告

摘要：Objective To report the ultrasound imaging findings of a patient with gluteal muscle contracture.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and imaging findings of a patient with gluteal muscle contracture treated at our hospital.Results The main symptoms of gluteal muscle contracture were abnormal gait and posture.The clinical signs were evident,and the patient's medical history was clear.Ultrasound imaging revealed abnormal hyperechoic fibrous bands within the gluteus medius muscle,with disrupted muscle fibers forming a mass-like appearance.The surrounding fascia was thickened,and dynamic observation revealed rigid tendons and unsmooth movements.By localization,it was determined that the lesion in this case was confined to the gluteus medius muscle.Conclusions Ultrasound examination is specific for the diagnosis of gluteal muscle contracture.In clinical practice,there may be situations where the lesion localization is unclear.Ultrasound examination can help accurately locate and assess the extent of involvement,thereby assist in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
