KLFs在骨肉瘤中的研究进展

摘要：Osteosarcoma(OS)is a highly malignant primary bone tumor with complex occurrence and development mechanism,high mortality and disability rate.Its treatment is faced with the challenge of recurrence and metastasis,which seriously damages the health and quality of life of patients.In recent years,it has been found that Kruppel-like family factors(KLFs)express in OS and regulate the progression of OS with the continuous development of OS molecular and gene analysis techniques.This article reviewed the expression of KLFs in OS and its relationship with the progression of OS,and summarized the research progress of KLFs targeting drugs in the treatment of OS,providing theoretical basis for the treatment of OS.
