摘要：Objective To present a severe spinal injury caused by complex mechanical trauma,aiming to provide valuable insights for the management of similar cases.Methods We presented a case of complex spinal injury resulting from an accident involving a mixer,including detailed clinical manifestations,preoperative and postoperative imaging data,in order to summarize the clinical experience.Results Following emergency surgery,the patient's vital signs remained stable.Successful vertebral realignment was achieved,and the surgical objectives were met.Conclusions Traumatic lumbar fracture with complete dislocation is rare.The appropriate treatment plan and operation timing should be selected according to the specific situation,and the stability of the spine should be restored as much as possible during the operation.
