3D打印技术辅助全髋关节置换治疗Crowe Ⅲ~Ⅳ型成人髋关节发育不良的现状与展望

摘要:Total hip arthroplasty(THA)for patients with development dysplasia of the hip(DDH)is a great challenge for the operator.Its deformed anatomical structure is accompanied by severe bone defect,which leads to difficulties in locating the acetabular cup,selecting and reducing the prosthesis.The 1:1 surgical model generated by 3D printing technology can clearly and intuitively display the complex anatomical structure of the acetabulum,which plays an important role in THA preoperative planning.3D printed personalized guide plate provides a new idea for the difficulty of locating the acetabular cup.The design of personalized acetabular prosthesis provides a new method for the complex anatomical structure of patients.This article mainly reviews the challenges of THA in acetabular and femoral sides of Crowe Ⅲ-Ⅳ DDH patients and the application progress of 3D printing technology.
