Parkes-Weber综合征合并髋关节骨性关节病一例

摘要：This article reported the treatment of a patient with Parkes-Weber syndrome(PWS)combined with osteoarthritis of the hip joint.The patient was a 44-year-old female who had been diagnosed with left foot swelling and ulceration for 40 years and left hip pain for 6 years.The patient underwent several operations in other hospitals.Finally,due to the complications of PWS,she accepted left total hip arthroplasty in our hospital.The pain of left hip was significantly improved after surgery,and the unequal length of both lower limbs was corrected to a certain extent.Through typical case reports and previous literature review,this article aims to improve clinicians'understanding of PWS and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of complications of PWS.
