摘要：Alveolar soft part sarcoma(ASPS)is a rare and highly aggressive soft tissue sarcoma resistant to conventional chemotherapy.Although early surgical resection can significantly improve survival rates for patients with ASPS,the prognosis for those with advanced metastatic disease is extremely poor.The malignant characteristics of ASPS include pronounced angiogenesis after the overexpression and activation of angiogenic factors.Therefore,exploring of the novel therapeutic approaches is essential.In recent years,molecular targeted therapy has become increasingly important in clinical treatment.A deep understanding of the biological properties and molecular processes of ASPS is crucial for identifying new molecular targets for therapeutic strategies.This review will summarize the biological characteristics of ASPS and the latest advancements in targeted therapy.
