摘要：Bone metastasis accounts for approximately 70%of all metastatic breast cancer(BC)cases,making the skeleton the most common site for distant metastasis in clinic.Therefore,preventing breast tumor cells from metastasizing to the bones is of great significance for prolonging the survival of breast cancer patients and improving the clinical treatment of breast cancer.Targeted therapy has immense appeal in the field of oncology and has become a hot topic in recent clinical research.In this review,we discuss emerging therapeutic targets and their mechanisms of actions related to BC bone metastasis in recent years,aiming to provide reliable evidence and guidance for future experimental research and to explore more new therapeutic targets and treatment methods for clinical therapy of BC bone metastasis.
