外伤性髌前滑囊血肿合并血友病B一例

摘要：Objective To present the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic prepatellar bursa hematoma combined with Hemophilia B.Methods A retrospective analysis of one patient with traumatic prepatellar bursa hematoma combined with Hemophilia B was conducted.Results The patient complained swelling and pain in front of the left knee for 6 days after trauma.After detailed history,medical and auxiliary examination,the patient was diagnosed as prepatellar bursa hematoma combined with hemophilia B.Hemophilia B was confirmed after the surgical treatment.Conclusions Hematoma recurrence after hematoma evacuation is a common postoperative complication.Adequate preoperative evaluation,accurate and timely analysis of the causes of bleeding are essential for treatment,in addition to considering the surgical operation.This case is rare in clinic and easy to be missed,which is worthy of learning.
