第二跖骨头背倾骨折一例报告

摘要：Objective To introduce a case of acute traumatic second metatarsal head dorsiflexion fracture treated with manual reduction,closed reduction,and external fixation with splints.Methods The patient accidentally bumped and was injured,resulting in a fracture of the second metatarsal head of the right foot.The fracture fragment showed a dorsal displacement.Under anesthesia,manual reduction of the tilted bone block was performed,and gauze pads and splints were placed at the affected area for fixation and protection.Instruct the patient to come for regular follow-up after resetting and fixing.Results Seven weeks later,there was no tenderness in the affected area,and there was no stuttering or pain in the movement of the toes.The passive range of motion of the right second metatarsophalangeal joint was complete,and the active range of motion was normal.The X-ray showed a blurred fracture line with bone trabeculae passing through,meeting the standard for bone healing.The external fixation was instructed to be removed and off-bed rehabilitation exercises were performed.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of manual reduction and external fixation with splints was satisfactory in the treatment of acute traumatic second metatarsal head dorsiflexion fractures,providing clinical reference for the treatment of this disease.
