老年肱骨近端骨折非手术治疗并发症及处理的研究进展

摘要：Proximal humeral fracture in the elderly is one of the common clinical fracture types.The methods of non-surgical treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly include manipulative reduction,splint external fixation,plaster external fixation,shoulder swing therapy and comprehensive treatment for osteoporosis,and have achieved certain curative effects in clinic.However,in clinical practice,it is found that non-surgical treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly has complications in the late recovery,including fracture malunion,traumatic arthritis,acromion impingement syndrome,shoulder stiffness,humeral head necrosis and so on,which brought troubles to the patients'later recovery.Therefore,in order to further understand the complications and treatment methods of non-surgical treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly,this article conducts research on this topic.
