摘要：Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a clinical syndrome with pain and dysfunction of the sacroiliac joints caused by changes in the relative positions of the sacrum and ilium,and is one of the most common causes of low back pain.It is prevalent in patients with trauma,previous lumbar fusion,pregnancy,and leg length discrepancy,and is characterized by pain in the buttocks and low back as well as pain in the area of the sacroiliac joint corresponding to nerve involvement.This pain is caused by inadequate closure and force closure of the sacroiliac joint form.If not taken seriously at an early stage,it can lead to aggravation of pain and dysfunction seriously affecting the patient's daily life.Domestic reports on sacroiliac joint dysfunction are few.Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is uncommon in clinical practice and is often overlooked.Therefore,early identification and adoption of appropriate treatment measures are extremely important to improve the efficacy and prognosis.This article analyzes and reviews the anatomy,risk factors,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of sacroiliac joint dysfunction in order to draw clinical attention to this disease and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
