脊柱内镜下腰椎椎体间融合术的研究进展

摘要：Lumbar interbody fusion is a classic treatment for various lumbar diseases.It combines adjacent vertebral bodies by implanting cages,bone graft materials and screws to restore the stable structure of the spine.Traditional open lumbar interbody fusion has great damage to the posterior stabilizing structure and is not conducive to postoperative recovery.Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion(PELIF)refers to a minimally invasive lumbar interbody fusion procedure assisted by spinal endoscope,which has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery.It has been widely used in clinical practice in recent several years.This paper searches relevant domestic and foreign literature in databases such as China Knowledge Network and PUBMED,and reviews its indications and contraindications,classification of endoscopic systems,surgical approaches,cage,complications,and learning curves,to provide references for clinical application and subsequent research.
