斜外侧椎体间融合术联合内固定治疗合并骨质疏松的腰椎滑脱症研究进展

摘要：Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis(DLS)is a common condition in elderly patients,leading to low back and leg pain.It is often accompanied by osteoporosis,significantly affecting individuals'health and quality of life.Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion(PLIF)and Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion(TLIF)are widely used in the treatment of DLS.However,these methods have limitations due to factors such as significant blood loss and postoperative persistent low back pain.In contrast,Oblique Lateral Interbody Fusion(OLIF)offers advantages such as minimally invasive approach,reduced blood loss,and faster recovery.OLIF combined with internal fixation not only improves surgical outcomes but also reduces the incidence of postoperative complications.However,complications such as fusion cage subsidence are more likely to occur when performing internal fixation in osteoporotic patients.The optimal supplementary fixation method for OLIF in osteoporotic patients remains unclear.This article summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,and reviews the research progress of OLIF in the treatment of DLS with osteoporosis by different internal fixation methods.
