急性下胫腓联合损伤复位不良危险因素及预防的研究进展

摘要：The inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the ankle joint.Injuries to the inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis are relatively common in ankle fractures.In clinical practice,improper treatment and subsequent malreduction of the inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis can lead to complications such as traumatic arthritis,chronic pain,and ankle joint instability.In order to accurately understand the risk factors for malreduction and reduce its incidence,the author reviewed relevant domestic and foreign literature in recent years,and summarized the diagnosis,risk factors,and prevention key points of malreduction of the inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis injury for reference.
