摘要：Stromal vascular fraction(SVF)is a heterogeneous cell population extracted from autologous adipose tissue containing a variety of stem cells including mesenchymal stem cells and rich extracellular matrix.It has the functions of tissue repair,blood vessel regeneration promotion and immune regulation due to its rich cell components.SVF has been reported to show good therapeutic effect in the treatment of a various orthopedic diseases.This paper will summarize the extraction,preparation,action mechanism and application of SVF in the field of orthopedics,in order to provide basis for the treatment prospect of SVF in orthopedic related diseases.
