骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折术后并发症及诊治的研究进展

摘要：This review summarizes the research progress on postoperative complications and the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures(OPHF).OPHF is a common fracture type in the elderly with a high incidence of postoperative complications,including failure of internal fixation,avascular necrosis of the humeral head,shoulder joint stiffness,nonunion or delayed union,malunion,infection,degeneration of adjacent joints,and neurovascular injury.All of them severely affect patients'prognosis and quality of life.In recent years,the medical community has made significant progress in preventing and treating postoperative complications of OPHF,such as comprehensive preoperative assessment and preparation,optimization of surgical techniques during the operation(minimally invasive techniques,reverse shoulder arthroplasty,and individualized plate design)and postoperative rehabilitation.Future research directions should include the development of individualized treatment plans,development of new biomaterials,optimization of reverse shoulder arthroplasty techniques,and construction of postoperative complication prediction models.Through multidisciplinary cooperation and innovative research,it is expected that the incidence of postoperative complications can be further reduced,the prognosis of OPHF patients can be improved,and the quality of life can be enhanced.
