摘要：Lateral hinge fracture(LHF)is the most common complication of medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy(MOWHTO)and is closely related to postoperative clinical outcomes.This study comprehensively reviews the lateral hinge anatomy,classification,hazards,epidemiology,prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of LHF,which helps clinicians understand LHF more comprehensively and provide research basis for clinical practice and subsequent related studies.
