摘要：Infectious large segmental bone defects typically result from the continuous spread and recurrent episodes of inadequately controlled bone infections,leading to severe damage to both bone and soft tissues.The surgical treatment of such conditions is highly challenging due to the complexity of the damage,and the prognosis is relatively poor,making it a significant clinical challenge.Research into the treatment of infectious large segmental bone defects holds substantial clinical and scientific value.This article systematically reviews recent advancements in this field,summarizing existing research findings to provide a theoretical foundation for clinical practice and to offer guidance for future research directions.
