脊柱原发性非特异性化脓性感染诊疗专家共识(2025版)

摘要：Spinal pyogenic infection,clinically referring to primary non-specific pyogenic infection of the spine,is a condition that may impair spinal function and even threaten patients'lives(excluding postoperative spinal infections).It is characterized by insidious onset,delayed diagnosis,and multiple complications,and in recent years its incidence has shown an increasing trend in clinical reports from China.At present,there is a lack of unified standards regarding diagnostic pathways,treatment indications,surgical strategies,and outcome evaluation.To promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment,a panel of Chinese experts in orthopaedics and infectious diseases developed this expert consensus using a modified Delphi method,based on a systematic review of the existing literature and clinical practice.This consensus provides a comprehensive overview of the definition,diagnostic criteria,treatment principles,surgical indications,outcome assessment,and follow-up of spinal pyogenic infection,and offers a series of recommendations aimed at serving as a reference for standardized clinical management in China.
