摘要：KOA knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common degenerative diseases leading to disability in elderly patients.However,the exact pathogenesis remains unclear.Copper death is a new type of cell death caused by excessive copper,which has been found to be closely related to the occurrence and development of KOA in recent years.This article describes the molecular mechanisms related to copper death,including abnormal copper metabolism,changes in mitochondrial respiratory chain complex and the regulation of related signaling pathways in KOA,and discusses the potential therapeutic strategies targeting copper death,so as to provide theoretical basis for further understanding the pathological mechanism of KOA and developing new treatment methods.
