良性骨肿瘤的微创外科治疗的最新进展

摘要:This article reviews the minimally invasive treatment techniques for bone tumors and their application progress,with a focus on osteoid osteoma and other benign bone tumors.Bone tumors include primary and metastatic types,with benign bone tumors(such as osteoid osteoma)being more common in children and adolescents.With the advancement of surgical techniques,image-guided technologies,navigation systems,and robotic technologies,minimally invasive treatments have shown significant effects in the management of certain bone tumors,reducing trauma,shortening recovery time,and improving postoperative quality of life.In the treatment of osteoid osteoma,radiofrequency ablation(RFA)has become a commonly used minimally invasive method.Despite some limitations such as insufficient precision,the latest OsteocoolTM technology has shown higher success rates and better safety profiles.Additionally,navigation technologies combined with CT or C-arm X-rays can precisely locate and completely remove tumors,especially for larger and irregularly shaped lesions.For other benign bone tumors,techniques like arthroscopy,endoscope-assisted curettage,and ultrasound have also demonstrated favorable treatment outcomes,reducing surgical trauma and enhancing postoperative recovery.In the future,with the continuous development of robotic-assisted surgery,real-time image navigation,thermal ablation technologies(such as microwave and cryoablation),and electromagnetic field therapies,the minimally invasive treatment of bone tumors will become more precise and personalized,further improving treatment outcomes,reducing complications,and shortening recovery.
