基于多模态影像的人工智能在骨质疏松性骨折预测中的应用进展

摘要:Osteoporosis(OP)is a systemic skeletal disease characterized by reduced bone density and deteriorated bone quality.Its most severe complication,osteoporotic fractures(OPF),is a major cause of morbidity and mortality among the elderly.In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)has demonstrated significant advantages in the assessment of skeletal health.Research on fracture risk prediction based on existing imaging techniques and clinical data has further explored and optimized the application of AI in predicting OPF,which is expected to improve patients'prognosis and quality of life and better serve clinical practice.This article reviews the application progress of AI based on multimodal imaging in osteoporotic fractures,providing new insights for the prediction of osteoporotic fractures.
