摘要： After the approval of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)[1] and a worldwide ranging exploration of the use of the ICF in rehabilitation and health services provision in cooperation with WHO and ISPRM[2], it is now time for a system-wide implementation[3-7].
