摘要:Necroptosis has been reported in the last years as a type of regulated cell death that can be ignited by a number of specific death receptors, such as FAS, tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1), or pathogen recognition receptors. This cell death subroutine is involved in the response to stress and in homeostatic functions, such as the mainte-nance of adult T-cell balance (Galluzzi et al., 2018).
