摘要：Impaired axonal development and degeneration underlie many debilitating diseases,including hereditary spastic paraplegia(HSP).HSPs are a heterogeneous group of neurogenetic disorders characterized by axonopathy of cortical motor neurons(Fink,2006;Blackstone et al.,2010).
