摘要：Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a rare neurological disease,featuring gradual loss of muscle controls due to degeneration of motor neurons.Unfortunately,there is currently no cure for ALS.The available therapies only offer a limited extension of survival by several months,begging for more options of therapeutics.
