摘要:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease histologically characterized by the presence of extraneuronal plaques,mainly formed by the 42-aminoacid isoform of amyloid-β(Aβ1-42),and by intraneuronal neurofibrillary tangles,mainly formed by the tau protein and its hyperphosphorylated isoforms(p-tau).
