摘要:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common form of dementia,affecting millions worldwide.It is characterized by progressive cognitive decline and changes in behavior and personality,attributed to neuropathological changes,such as amyloid-beta(Aβ)plaques and neurofibrillary tangles composed of hyperphosphorylated tau protein.
