摘要： The crux of tissue engineering is to construct highly porous three-dimensionalscaffold with desired cells on it. Because the scaffold serves as both a physical support and an adhesive substrate for isolated cells during in vitro culture and subsequent implantation, the materials for scaffold should be non-toxic and biocompatible, highly porous and processable into devices of various shapes.
