摘要： LIF (leukemia inhibitory factor) is a multi-functional cytokine that can influence the development and survival of many different types of cells. In vivo, it wasfound that LIF could promote the survival of sensory, sympathetic, and motor neurons and could modulate the activity of the hypothalamic- pituitary-adrenal axis.
