摘要： 手术技术和术后监护的进步已经大大降低了小儿先天性心脏病(先心病)手术的死亡率,并改善了患儿的长期预后.最近的研究显示[1],尽管病例的复杂性有所提高, 但术后的院内死亡率低于3%,而且一项大样本社会心理学研究显示,在儿童时期接受过先心病纠治手术的成年人能够较好的适应社会[2].
