摘要：Used the Intermediary Decompression and Local Injection to Treat the Aseptic Necrosis of the Femoral Head was Tested in 40 White Rabbits Models which were Made According to Kenzora's Method.The 40 White Rabbits Were Classified Freely by the No Treatment Group A,the Intermediary Decompression Group B and Croup C.Which waw Used the Intermediary Decompression and Local Injected.Testing the Ear Vein Blood and Recording the Ca.P.AKP,Were Compared and Clealed With Statistics.The Data s Different Among the Croup C and Croup A、B.Also the Data of Croup Increase Timely,and Reach to The Normal Data Which Was Tested Before Making Model(P>0.05).All the Specimen of the Femoral Head Were Observed Under the Electric-Microscope.The Recovery of Group C.is More Than Group A and Group B.The Newly Rebirth Bloodvessel was Seen Under The Microscope.The Resoult Showed The Intermediary Decompression Combined with Local Injection Can Improve The Bone Recovery and Reduce the Bone Necrosis.
